There are too many guns in society.
Get rid of the ones that are used to kill people.
Stop the NRA and their lies.
Guns kill.

Has anyone noticed the appalling number of adults/parents murdering their children that has been in the headlines recently? From dumping 4 children off a bridge to slamming babies against a wall. It is not guns that kill people but people that kill people.
There are so many combined reasons for this behavior that it is difficult to find comprehensive facts. Our society has become accepting of many indecent ideas. We really need to put some serious effort into finding out what is wrong.
Some factors to begin with are prescription drugs and other drugs. Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft, Ritalin, Luvuxo and other similar brain drugs, as noted by “E”, are a question for sure.
One thing lacking is we have very little knowledge of a particular individuals reaction to a specific drug. Some people react differently than others to things. One size does not fit all. Just as some people are alergic to certain things that the majority of people have no problem with. There are other seemingly harmless substances one can buy at the local grocery store. I once thought an enlightening drug called “Ginko biloba” I think, and took one of there pills. ½ hour later I was halucinating! Diet pepsi affects me much the same way. Does diet pepsi affect everyone that way? Of course not but maby more people than you think! Who knows?
Drug companies have a common theme of “there is no conclusive evidence” of a problem with a drug. Well now…of course not. Our society has become addicted to drugs peddeled by even well meaning doctors and drug companies. We are looking for a quick fix to all our problems. Just take a pill and it will be all better mentallity is the problem. There are thousands of drugs out ther that society is “playing” with.
If we want to understand school murders we need to look comprehensivly at many more things as well. I am not talking a cursory glance here. Spend a few billion tax dollars on something worthwile for a change!
There is no quick fix folks, sorry, a simplistic ban on guns or ammo is a waste of time and only makes law abiding people more vulnerable.
We have been teaching a common theme more and more as well. “Life is cheap” all the way from video games to media mongering of violent acts pandering to the “make a name for myself” insane murders. Anything to sell a news paper is O.K.
We, as a society accept these things as normal today. “Convience” abortion, blasting people in video games that kids play by the hour, homo sexuals and appologists calling perversion a “sexual preference” Schools, like the very screwed up Berkeley, turning out kinkos. So…What do we expect from a “life is cheap” society? A quick fix by banning firearms? I don’t think so! Wake up and take a reality check folks.

Psychotropic drugs may trigger these school shootings. Michael Moore speaks out about the need for an investigation at this website:

http://www.drugawareness.org/home.html

Michael Moore obtained a copy of Dr. Ann Tracy's book, "Prozac: Panacea or Pandora? - Our Serotonin Nightmare," at the premier of bowling for Columbine in Denver, CO. After learning more about these drugs, see his statement from the movie he recently appeared in with Dr. Tracy, Mark Taylor, Neal Bush, and others in the Gary Null production "The Drugging of our Children"
