Marvelous Myrna
Early this morning Turner Classic Movies was playing Love Crazy, with Myrna Loy and William Powell playing a married couple, not Nick and Nora Charles. As you can see from the plot, Powell ends up in drag, looking like someone's mother-in-law, and there's a happy ending.
You can actually watch Love Crazy on YouTube if you follow the links from this one, but TCM also did a tribute to Myrna Loy, which you can watch right now:
Myrna Loy was the epitome of Art Deco style and grace.

Today's shoes: Cole Haan's Carma Air pumps. Classic, perfect... and also available in red.
Myrna probably wore something like them.

Hmmm, Myrna Loy or Claudette Colbert? Would have to go with Claudetter unless there is a scene in a Myrna Loya film as striking as Miss Colbert being rolled out of a carpet at the feet of Caesar (Warren William).
