I diagnose CDS--camera deprivation syndrome. We wouldn't want to accuse this valiant defender of human rights of being a hypocrite when he's a just a victim of untreated mental illnes.

Hugo shoudln't tick-off the EU. They might break out their ultimate weapon: the sternly worded statement of concern and call to dialog.

I doubt it, Fausta. They tend to hold in reserve their most terrible weapons, such as the Dread Offer of Aid.
Jajaja wow, fully in agreement with expat's comment. I wonder if he realized that only 0.9% of the EU petroleum is from Venezuela... my guess would be no. Habla y habla y habla...pero no dice nada.
