McGreevey lingers on
Star Ledger today:
Gov. James E. McGreevey will not relinquish executive authority until the very last minute of his very last day in office, and only after he gives a farewell speech citing the achievements of his scandal-shortened administration.
Not until the calendar turns to Nov. 16 will the powers of the governor's office pass to Senate President Richard Codey -- a day later than Codey originally expected
And here you thought I'd forgotten about NJ with all this talk about the French . . .
1 Comments:
I'll keep a barf bag handy when McGreevey makes that speech.
